  2. Placement
  3. Posting,
  4. Transfer
  5. Promotion
  6. Discipline
  7. Retirement

 ii          Processing of leave matters

 iii         Documentation and pay-rolling of new employees

 iv         Processing of training and development matters in relation to

  •  Workshop/Seminars and conferences
  • Fellowship Revision courses and examinations
  • Study leave
  • Guidance and counseling to staff on staff development matters

 v          Processing of pension and other terminal benefits of staff leaving the services

BUDGETING AND PLANNING

 Handles all matters relating to budgeting, planning and contracts awards and management

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

 Handles all other related day to day administration of the hospital
